ODC’s Champion of the Month!

Opportunity Development Center (ODC) serves people with disabilities skills training and employment services, and assistance in becoming more involved in their communities.  It is such a pleasure working with ODC and we are excited to continue working with them in the future! For the month of April, Colby Metal was rewarded Champion of the month and we are so grateful!

“When I stopped in and met with Darla and Mike to talk about ODC’s mission, they were on board right away! Colby Metal has been working with Abbotsford High School for years with the Youth Apprenticeship Program. ODC started working with the school, as well, and we found this to be a great way to partner. Darla and Mike have let ODC individuals complete internships and temporary work experiences for the past fewyears. Each person that ODC has brought to them have been given valuable experience and training. They see the value in working with ODC to help people gain employment skills and even start careers with Colby Metal. This has been a great opportunity for everyone involved. Colby Metal has been and will continue to be a great partner!”
