Job Overview: To assist the Management and Leadership Team to expedite all products through the plant, while ensuring that employees are engaged to assure a safe, efficient and quality workflow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Reviews product orders and contracts to fully understand deadlines and production quotes.
  • Communicates with departments to ensure materials, components, tools and paperwork are supplied efficiently.
  • Identifies problems in workflows, determines required solutions and improvements, and works with production to implement necessary modifications in affected departments and teams.
  • Identifies and recommends improvements to increase production.
  • Confers with management and leadership team to receive instructions and exchange production information regarding product specification and scheduling.
  • Confers with Quality Control Manager to clarify product specifications as needed and to improve quality and efficiency.

Education:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
